Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Relationship Building

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring a high level of engagement.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face and video meetings with clients to understand their needs and strategic direction.
  • Foster trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders.

Sales & Account Growth

  • Identify and explore growth opportunities by maximizing awareness, confidence, and access for end-users across client accounts.
  • Execute cross-selling strategies to introduce additional services and value-added offerings.
  • Support bid management and re-tender processes to secure ongoing partnerships.

Operational Excellence & Service Delivery

  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure operational efficiency and service improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service provision standards and meet client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate client records and account management activities using CRM software.

Professional Development & Compliance

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in account management and client engagement.
  • Take personal responsibility for ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines and internal policies.

Essential Qualifications

✔ Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience working with CRM software
✔ Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
✔ Commitment to delivering client-focused solutions and driving strategic outcomes
